I’m a Military member in the Navy. I was welcomed warmly and allowed all the time I needed to decide on what I like most. The staff are very personable and humorous. I recommend all my friends to come and visit and support a business that supports their consumers. 10/10 recommendations.

Out of all the stores I have visited, Luo M. Jewelers has the best customer service. The employees are extremely informed and trustworthy, as opposed to a few other jewelry stores I've visited that seem to be pushing for high sales. I've bought a ring and bracelet from here and each item has turned out better than I imagined. I'll be coming back!!

I went to LMJ because of their good online reviews and had them make a custom wedding band and resize my engagement ring. Calvin was helpful and accommodating, pricing was fair, service was extremely efficient, and my wedding band came out better than I could have imagined [I shared a photo of what I wanted and they did an amazing job of replicating it at a much lower price]. I couldn't be happier with the results.

My family started going here about two years ago and LOVE it here! We got a couple rings resized, purchased engagement rings, wedding bands, and necklaces. We even had my SIL’s earring replicated and it looks the same! The quality is amazing and everyone who works here is super knowledgeable and real. I have bought multiple pieces from Luo Jewelers, with the most recent being a gorgeous 3.3 carat jaw dropping engagement ring (see pic), as well as hired them for many repairs and cleanings - without a doubt the best jewelry store in terms of service! We got our engagement ring from Calvin a few years ago and were so happy with not only the attention to detail but the whole service overall. We went back to get our wedding bands and both Calvin and Melanie were very knowledgeable and gave their honest opinions on the rings. I walked in with a design I wanted, but walked out with a design I loved even more. Highly recommend!
