Be warned. This company is beyond shady. Went in and paid for a couch. Delivery was set for a few days later. On day of delivery they called to say they would not and could not deliver the couch. One person said they oversold the model. But another person later then claimed they could ship it because it was damaged. They were not truthful. But then they would not issue a credit for an item they cannot delver. Unbelievable. Do not deal with them.

Once again our Parish found the quickest and most responsible positive customer service including 1. Pricing 2. Attentiveness 3. Availability 4. Immediate positive response on a desperate, last minute much needed request. All items we required for a last minute clergy arrival completed be ONE simple call to LUBINSKI Furniture. Our guest upon arrival were astonished. Delivery free at this point within 2 hours by two great experts in setup and delivery. Lubinski will remain nbr. 1 priority in all their outstanding services.

Walked in just to kill some time and ended up buying a sectional on the spot. Ken is a great salesman and followed up with us a few days after our purchase to check in. There was free in-home delivery and the drivers were even able to remove my old couch. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

Recently visited the store over NYE weekend, ordered our new sectional couch, and it was delivered within 1-week! We had looked for months only to come across the best inventory on the Lubinski sales floor! Thrilled with the delivery!

Ken was of great help!! He was the only one working the store when I got there and he somehow managed to pay attention to all of his customers and still took his time with me. He gave me a window of 11am-1 pm for delivery and my furniture got to me at 11 am that day! The guys setting it up kept asking me to check it out and tell them if everything was satisfactory which was GREAT because I did end up changing the setup from what I originally wanted.Will be back again!!!

I am nothing short of impressed with the movers from Lubinski. Three super strong and friendly guys quickly disassembled and reassembled my bed from my house to my new apartment. The prices are very affordable (best I’ve found in the city). My furniture was mostly unscathed (there were chips on the legs of my dresser and a little chip on one of its drawers, but I’m not upset about it). I am extremely pleased and highly recommend anyone choose Lubinski.Also, the store has beautiful furniture - we will be returning to buy some in the near future! Thank you, Lubinski!

Our experience at Lubinski Furniture was very enjoyable. Ken, the owner, was welcoming and helpful, without being overbearing, as we browsed the store. We ended up ordering a dining table, two chairs, and a bench. The items were delivered to us within two days and the delivery was amazing. Ken gave us the time frame down to the hour. Definitely coming back to look for more items!

Where to start….Ken was smooth at first. Using his sales tactics like a champ. He was accommodating and kind, however I was soon to learn that he was selling me furniture that he didn’t have in stock.He sent us home with a mismatched modular sofa set and table with three chairs with a promise of the fourth chair. He quoted me two weeks. Months later and after many calls to follow up on the correct couch color pieces and the remaining chair, he spilt the beans and said he didn’t have them in stock.We ended up returning the table and chairs and securing the remaining couch pieces in the same color after heavy negotiations. I’m glad that he was willing to cover his mistake.As for the furniture, there isn’t a day that goes by where the modular couch doesn’t fall apart. What I’m saying is that the modular couch separates every time I sit on it and the cushions are defective.Word of advice: do not to purchase anything from here.

The furniture in the store was nice and we bought quite a few things but are super disappointed. The color of the couch we paid for didn't end up being in stock so we had to stick with the other less favorable color. The dining room chairs we paid for also didn't end up being in stock so we had to return the whole dining room set. Basically we paid for things we didn't end up getting and were only told about this after we called complaining about receiving the wrong pieces/not receiving some pieces at all. We still have the modular couch but regret the purchase everytime we sit on it. It comes apart at least a few times a day - the reinforcements are extremely weak. When speaking to the owner Ken about all the above issues, he was not helpful at all - no exchanges, no help with reinforcements. He made us feel powerless and extremely unhappy about the whole experience. Please save your time and money and don't make the same mistake we did.

10/10 recommend this shop. Ken was amazing when I went in. Unfortunately some sales people can be pushy as customers explore their options, this experience was nothing of that sort. I looked around at my leisure and decided for cost and quality to go with Lubinski! They offered next day delivery at a fair price and brought it right up to my unit. I missed my original delivery time, much to my dismay but Ken and the delivery guys were so kind and found a new date for me to receive my item. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The new coffee table is just what my space needed!

I would not recommend.Bought a futon - broke down within a month. Called back - Ken was willing to replace it with a better frame, which I really appreciated and paid the difference. That frame breaks down in the next two months. The break is clearly normal wear - the hook no longer aligns from being raised into a couch and down into bed position daily which results in the bed bending at half-point. When I call back about it - he says that the bed frame is out of warranty.I am not sure how a bed frame can be out of warranty in less than 3 months. If anyone has suggestions on how to proceed - I would sincerely appreciate it, I feel quite scammed having invested in a futon that broke down this fast.
