I came in person three times to purchase regalia and every time was told it wasn’t available and to come back in a week. I finally ordered it over the phone, but one week later still received no shipping notification. I called the store and it turns out they never even processed my order. Such a disorganized mess. This is the last thing anyone needs when they’re just trying to graduate and be done with school.

Just tried to sell five books back to the bookstore that I bought within the past year, they only accepted two for about 10% of the original price and made me wait 45 minutes while they figured out the cash register. At no point was I given a proper apology, or told how much longer the wait would be. The bookstore has never been timely, and the general manager Brandon has been passive aggressive to me in the past. I love loyola and I’d be happy to buy more from the bookstore if it wasn’t repeated offenses, but they’ve lost my trust and my dollar. Also, why no school of sustainability merch? Make the bookstore better for students, not for the rude staff of this establishment. Sell your books online and buy your textbooks on second hand websites.

Went to return my rental and had a similar experience as the last reviewer. Told me that I would have to purchase the book because I brought it back in damaged condition even though that is how I received the book. They need more consistency across their employees and company, if they are gonna send me a book in damaged condition then they should take it back in that condition. Or at least an online system that can keep track of condition so that I’m not accused of damaging the book. Will never rent or purchase from this bookstore again, cheaper prices and better customer service is out there.

Went to return my rental and they made me purchase the book because pages were falling out. I told them I got it like that but they said they don't give them out in that condition (but they did).After I left I realized that I paid to purchase the book but they kept it. I bet they will tuck the loose pages back in and rent it out to another student, only to charge them more when they try to return it.Don't get your books here.

On one of the busiest days, when students are returning textbooks, they will do every thing in their power not to open up more registers. One of the most inefficient bookstores I have ever seen.

Place for Final Four gear!
