I just want to start off by saying Shalita in customer service was amazing. They didn’t have the products in store I wanted but she made sure I got my item the next day! When I mean customer service at its best, top tier. Thanks for being patient and working hard. I’ll be to shop there again because of you girl!

I've shopped here numerous times and recently. As usual, finding someone to help/assist you is a wait and see who will come after repeated tries. They also have previously used products, re-shelved for you to buy and bring back.
Keeping with what I've stated in mind, I've also had good moments as a shopper. No one is perfect.

Went into Lowe’s to price out some security doors upon our arrival to the section. The worker was already sitting down assisting a customer as we patiently waited in the area for her assistance for about 45 minutes. Finally we looked back down the aisle and the young lady was now gone, she never asked if we needed anything just left the area. We decided to find some help and we ran into Bobby. Bobby explained to us that even though he didn’t work in the security door department he was willing to try and help us. Bobby looked up custom doors and even assisted us with finding other options that were already in stock. We talked about customer service and I told him I understood because I worked in customer service for years and he asked how many years and I responded if I told him that I would be telling my age lol. I decided to write this review because my mom surprised me with this visit to Lowe’s and even though I’m not a fan of going into the city at least the experience ended Great.

Whoever that guard in the jeep is today is probably the worst security I ever seen not only is he yelling at customers he's yelling and bossing staff around. I parked to pick up my grandmother who is in a walker for one minute at the door and he came up to me and threatened that if I didn't move my car he would move it for me. Well I said no and he called me a stupid N-word. I will be pursing charges against this company for harassment .I feel bad for Metro one security company because they have a huge liability as a security guard. They keep changing the drivers and the inside people they must have a high turn over rate. What a shame. Whoever is managing that company is a fool.
