I'm glad I read the reviews and knew what I was signing up for. Got a dishwasher for 75% off retail price. The catch? It was broken. Thankfully, I knew what was broken and fixed it (door latch mechanism and the water pressure sensor). After that, I basically had a new machine and at a quarter of the price.There are three levels of discounts here, green (25% off), yellow (50% off), and red (75% off). I'd say the percentage you get discounted is the same percent chance the appliance needs repair. If you take a good look at their inventory, lots of items are visibly damaged. So when you find something you want, look at every bit and piece of that thing. If you are not at all handy or would rather not bother, I'd say this place is not for you.Though the staff was helpful, they were not exactly honest about the quality of their inventory. They're not all refurbished or old floor models. Some are clearly damaged in freight or returned due to a defect. Buyer beware.Also, they don't carry a lot of basic accessories. I had to buy the power adapter for my dishwasher elsewhere, which was a pain.Lastly, the store is relatively understaffed. So expect to wait for any help.

I just bought a samsung fridge here 1 year ago april 2022 and today august 9 the compresor in the fridge is bad i just lost 300 worth of food so mad the fridge only last 1 year the tec wants to charge me 900 to fix the compressor

Purchased a fridge at the Memorial Day sale last weekend and have been dealing with issue after issue since then. Requested delivery and haul away, wasn’t charged for these services on the initial trip so I had to go back and then wasn’t informed you needed to purchase a water line for hook-up, found that info online. Fridge finally arrives and the power cord is damaged and it won’t plug in. Prompting another trip to the store to find a replacement, promised next day delivery due to issue above and now it won’t arrive as promised. Call the store to fix the issue and was left on hold for 40mins, so I still don’t have my purchase nor a solution!

Don't ever shop here. They sell you lemon appliances. I purchased a stove with a warranty. When I called them to let them know that my stove didnt work, they passed the buck on to samsung- the so-called warranty. Samsung sent someone out to repair the stove which supposedly had cosmetic damage however the gas lines were also damaged. They told me that lowes should have never put this appliance on the floor. Furthermore the warranty doesn't cover anything and their 2 day return policy locks you into being scammed. I'm canceling the new credit card I just got from lowes and pursuing legal compensation. Very sad.

Customer Service was good, but I'll NEVER buy from them nor suggest that anyone buy from them! Their 2-day return policy as well as matching competitor pricing sucks! I bought an unopened/overstock Microwave and 1 day later Home Depot had it $20 cheaper plus they have a better return policy in case of defect. They would not honor the sale price because they said they only match original priced items, nor would they take it back since it had been 3 days even though I had NEVER opened it! In everything/circumstances PROVISIONS should be made/considered in dealing with customer service.

Never buy their protection plan. All the headaches are not worth it. Lowe’s scheduled a tech to come out and fix my washer from 8am to 12pm. 12pm rolls around and no one. Called, and said 2hr grace window. 2pm and still no one. Called again and finally got the company’s number. Called them and they looked up by my name and address but said it’s not in their system. Asked to have them look by my claim and miraculously they found it. The man at SG Heating & Cooling had such an attitude. Ask to cancel so I can get someone else. Called Lowe’s again to my surprise, the company didn’t cancel. Asked Lowe’s to cancel and send someone else. They started a new claim but wanted to give me the same company? Wow!!! It is seriously not worth all of the headaches. Don’t buy from them!

Salesman was very helpful and respectful. Went over everything with me and I understood about delivery n removal of old fridge about insurance and even asked if I would like to open a Lowes credit card with interest free. Very nice gentleman. I would definitely recommend friends and family to go there..Great buys

Sold me a dishwasher they knew was broken. I know this by the way the salesman kept saying “If there are any problems you have a warranty with Bosch and you have to go through them.” Do not trust them!
