I went in today with my family to check out options for tweaking our sactional within our 60-day home trial period and our sales associate, Jordan, was incredibly informative, friendly, and helpful! Clean showroom and we found exactly what we were looking for!

Great location to do business. Alex was very helpful on 2 separate visits, which ultimately led to my purchase on my second trip.

Would not suggest this couch to anyone. The dream soft upgrade for softer pillows is totally worth the extra cost if you are debating that. But, this couch is not the worth the money at the end of the day. Price breakdown, $4300 for a 3 seat couch and a chaise. That's the total including the 25% discount that they claimed is never that high, yet its been running every weekend for 2 months now. We also went with the cheapest cloth. Very expensive when you take into account the full time day job it takes to put this together. Each item arrives in a separate box so 18 heavy boxes you have to carry into your home. Then you have to remove each box and plastic wrap. Next you pull out the cushions that were shoved into the bottoms and put every single piece inside the cover - 18 covers and it's a work out. Each step is a two person job and you'll be sweating, trust me. Then you must watch a couple online videos to make sure you are doing it correctly. And now comes in your muscles, move all the pieces around and stomp on them to get the shoes in that never fully fits right. Corners are not angled perfectly, thread seams don't line up, and now you are 8 hours into building your own couch that is $4300. Unless you at agile and young, this couch isn't for you. I strongly suggest for you to go to Pottery Barn and buy something put together and gorgeous at this price range. FYI- This is coming from a woman who likes to build ikea furniture.

No one at Lincoln Park was interested in helping me to get the pieces that were damaged and missing replaced. I was told they were ordered twice and they never were. I called to speak to a manager to get help and was treated very poorly. Needless to say a manager never called me. I ended up calling a store in the burbs and had a great experience and was able to get the help I need. This particular Lincoln Park location has been difficult to get the help I need, don’t want to help you when you’re in the store, and don’t seem to want to help when you call or text them.

Jonathon helped me understand what the Lovesac Sactional system is about, the store let me try it out to see how it felt and I decided it would be a great fit for me.

Jonathan at the New City location was very helpful and worked with me to help me determine the right configuration for my space. He also walked me through the shipping process and advised of what to expect, including time frames. So far it's been a great experience and I am excited to receive my new furniture.

The associate at the store was rude to us. We didn’t know we needed to make an appointment. Instead of telling us. I’m sorry we can’t see you right now we are doing appointment please go online and fill it out or please wait until we are finish with the customer and the other lady inside the store yelled at us. So we left and went to another store that at Fulton market, WAY BETTER SERVICE.

After looking online for quite some time we came to the store as we were ready to place an order but wanted to see the couches in person. We were basically asked what we were doing there and were told they were appointment only. No sign on the door indicated this and it was not stated online. They said we could stay if we wanted for 10 minutes since they had an appointment then, but not welcoming at all sounded like they preferred we don't stick around. Very rude and they could have made an effort to ensure we could get an appointment later or work with us in some way. Basically told them we were ready to buy but they couldn't have cared less we were leaving. Went to Walter E Smithe instead where we were we received great customer service and will be spending our $14,000 on a couch from them instead.

Love the concept of reconfigurable and machine washable covers. You have to go to the show room to get a good handle on the design though. The team was super helpful and the building blocks were really fun!
