Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I purchased a bag today and the associate, Kellie, was absolutely lovely. She made me feel welcome and was more than happy to show me several bags. She was fun, personable, and knowledgeable. Great experience.

I wish I remember the name of my SA from my purchase back in February, because she was amazing and attentive and helpful. Having been to a bunch of other locations in the country, this was one of the best experiences for me compared to the others.
