Lori and Jennifer are the epitome of customer service when things are going well they check in on me and when things are not going well, in the event I may have a claim or a question or a late payment or anything of that nature they are at the ready, always available and knowledgeable about the products and services that they provide. This State Farm office is the BEST by a longshot!! I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars because Lori and Jennifer exude warmth along with sharp intellect. They know insurance!!! They respond to inquiries and assist with any and all needs regarding your policies and claims promptly. Lori has been my State Farm agent for six years - I am leaving Illinois and so sad to be leaving her as well! She has been an excellent agent and has helped me with some major car issues over the years. She is always prompt and polite, offering solutions as quickly as possible, and always willing to listen and help make a tough situation that much more bearable. Lori is a wonderful agent and I would recommend her to anyone in Chicago who is looking for a reliable agent who is there when you need her!
