Bryan R Villa assisted us in our new home owners policy. He made the process as seamless as possible. His clear communication skills were informative and helpful. Even when he was not in office he handed us to Teara who understood our account and both delivered what was promised in a quick timely matter. As long time State Farm customers we are happy with this office and their exceptional service and have referred our family to work with them as well.

I've used Loc Vo's State Farm agency since I moved to Chicago in 2008. Not only are they on top of things when I need help, but Loc also sends me a birthday card every year. If you're looking for a reliable insurance agent, Loc Vo (and his staff) is a good one.

Service first! I was with another company operated by a cousin for years but the rates continued to climb so asked State Farm for a quote. Bryan reached out by email and phone within minutes and was very patient in answering my many questions. Because Bryan listened and to make things easier for me he prepared different quotes, one of which was an identical match to my previous coverage which clearly showed how I was paying more for less coverage. I switched over and could not have been more pleased with the onboarding process. Bryan explained the types of coverage to me, what to expect from the agency, and what to do in the event of a claim. When the call ended I turned to my wife and said that was the first time I ever felt valued by an agent. That seems to be the culture at Loc Vo's agency and I am grateful for that high level of service.
