** TENANTS, AVOID RENTING IF THIS COMPANY IS HANDLING THE BACKGROUND CHECKS.
My experience with this leasing company was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Throughout my rental history, leasing companies have always communicated directly with me if there were any questions or concerns about my application. I have a solid credit history, substantial savings, and positive references from previous landlords.
At no point was I informed that my application lacked any necessary information, and I’ve consistently been approved for apartments I’ve applied to, including a year-long lease at the Hancock, which has a more rigorous application process.
It's frustrating that this leasing company did not make any effort to contact my references or assist me with my application. Instead, they simply ran a credit check and charged a fee without conducting a thorough review.
This lack of communication and diligence felt unprofessional and possibly discriminatory. I believe there was no legitimate reason for my application to be denied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this leasing service, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how they handled my application.
Direct communication is a basic standard in professional settings, and this leasing company failed to meet that expectation.
Moreover, I am concerned that this company may engage in deceptive practices. It appears they collect application fees without performing the necessary due diligence. To all condo owners considering this service: BEWARE. They do not conduct thorough investigations, verify the information provided, or ensure accurate credit reporting.

Probably the most unprofessional Landlord verification tool out there. I applied for an apartment and every single day for a week, this company harassed not only me but my landlord as well not kidding you every single day for a week called or emailed nonstop and every single time it was a different person creating mass confusion and just overall unprofessionalism through this company. Give your business elsewhere

This is a phishing company that takes application fees and reports false data. To all the leasing agents out there using this service. BEWARE. They do not thoroughly investigate applicants. They do not call references, they do not verify that information provided is true. They pull credit records on faulty data and do not report accurate information.

I have never had a leasing company not call me when there were questions with my application. I have a 819 credit score with plenty of solid references and more than enough money in my bank accounts. I was never directly told that my application was “incomplete”. I’ve never not been approved for an apartment I applied for. I lived in the Hancock for one complete year and their process is a lot more strict than this online portal. At the Hancock, I filled out an in person application with them and was approved by the HOA. All of my landlords have had excellent experiences with me as a tenant and I have always received my complete deposits back since I keep my rentals in immaculate condition. This leasing company never bothered to check my references and just ran my credit and charged me without doing any diligent work in trying to help me.
This was a very unprofessional experience and feel I was discriminated against since there is no valid reason for them declining me. I do not recommend this leasing service and very very disappointed. Most professionals that do business will contact you directly which is the way the rest of the world operates.

A background check was completed so we could lease our condo. Basically it was all a scam and it was completely missed during the background check. We are now having to go through a long, costly eviction process so DO NOT USE.

First time renting out a family home Was reffered by someone who used them for renters. Wanted to do it right.I had to wind up tracking down the current landlord of my future tendant myself as they couldn't reach him. But he seemed to lie to me to get her out of his apartment. Tendant gave them her W2's and 1099's but they never noticed the copies she sent them were blurry / aka unreadable.They found the renter had bad credit history but missed they 3 previous evictions. So now were her 4th.Over stayed her lease and hasn't moved out dispite a court order for the sheriff. Had to hire a lawyer $2k and took 5 months to get the eviction granted yet no special issues at all (takes 4 court dates this is normal) and sheriff is 7-8 weeks behind.Be very carefull when renting in Illinois much less Cook County. Renters have all the rights and then some. They don't need a lawyer or to appeal anything to get 6 months extra. If your house is in a business or trust you have to hire a lawyer by law.Do your home work. Also found out Cook County Civil cases aka evictions ect can be looked up on thier site. It's free and takes minutes. You can do criminal if you walk to into any court house for free. Even go to thier where thier currently live and see how it is and ask landlord in person if you can. Don't let them short or pormise to pay deposits ever. Thats first sign. Get copys of thier social card and id's before hand and then make sure thier renter insurance names you as additional insured so you will b ntoified of any changes. Do not let them move in till that policy is paid and you have copy's.
