Don't buy and I repeat Don't buy anything from this rinkly dink company...poor service, customer service can half way talk proper and they don't try to help at all. I bought a custom ring that broke the very next day after receiving it and called in to get a replacement for the defective item and was told because it was outside of a 30 day window, I couldn't return it...this company sucks and it's products are bubble gum machine quality items...took me 2 months to receive my item and broke the first day out of the box... poorly run company if you ask me...will be calling the BBB after my experience

LIMOGES jewelry offers horrendous support with a complete lack of concern. The jewelry is nothing more than poorly made trash. My so-called "cute" birthstone necklace broke under three weeks. Despite being a Christmas gift, their rigid 30-day policy left me stranded. Cheap prices, but even cheaper in terms of values, character and quality. I couldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Worst customer service!!! Inconsistent codes to use, then no discounts. Advertising for discounts confusion and wrong codes given!!! The whole experience was a MESS!!! Now I have to wait to receive and SEND IT BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!

After contacting several times about my item purchased through Brad's deals , it's been processing since Nov. 6. It's not Nov. 29...still processing. When I ordered it stated it was in stock. Will I get it or not. Glad I paid through PayPal.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ordered a name- bar necklace for my mother, from Zulily, with Limoges as the vendor. After waiting a MONTH to receive it, it had an incorrect name. My mother's name is ELSA and they sent me PHEBE! I called Zulily and they provided me with the information for Limoges, since the necklace was intended as a Christmas gift (and it is currently 12/08) and Limoges was absolutely disgraceful to work with. I spoke with two different customer service agents, sent an email with my receipt (that included the correct name), pics, etc, and ultimately spoke with ARIANA (supposedly a Manager, with the most disrespectful attitude that I have ever encountered). They assume no responsibility for their total failure to the customer and made no apologies for their errors. I warn all... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received my 4 rings I ordered and they were really great. After wearing them for a bit I noticed right away a reddish toned metal (?) was showing through soon after every ring coating was chipping off. I contacted the company and they were willing to accept my return, only if I paid the return shipping which I think is wrong as it is their fault that their product is poorly made and I should not have to pay for it. I would have increased the stars if they stood by their product and paid the return shipping.

I ordered a college ring for myself and wasn't satisfied with how it came out. So I contacted customer support several times to try to resolve this matter by correcting what was wrong with my ring and one rep said for me to pick the image I wanted and the other rep said sorry there's nothing we can do but if I wanted a refund that I would have to pay to send the ring back. Poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

I responded to a Christmas ad for gifts in early Dec. I ordered 5 birthstones on a necklace for my wife representing 5 different months. Necklace arrived but wrong color stones on one month.I sent Limoges a picture of the necklace clearly showing two pink pearls. one for August and one for Oct. two different months with different colors. they said they can't control the color as no two pearls alike. What is the purpose of birthstones if they can't send the correct color. they said sorry, no refund unless I ship it back and they deduct shipping cost to me plus my cost to return, what a joke. Fool me once Shame on you, there will not be a second time. Really a low end company with cheap products.

Order my granddaughter a kids sterling silver name bracelet time it arrived it was rusted. I immediately contacted them by email 3 weeks ago and have been getting the run around.This is suppose to be a gift.

Horrible company. Do not waste your money. This is SKU 45945, Sterling Silver Petite Engraved Name Circle with Hearts Necklace. Names and hearts are not visible due to the deceitful size of this product.

My wife got this ring from the kids. The craftsmanship is not very good. The stone sizing and spacing is odd and irregular. Less than a year in the gold is gone from the band, exposing the junk pot metals that turn her skin green. She can't even put it on a chain because it will turn her green there too. DON'T waste your money!!!
