They held back a check that the IRS gave me & never bother to tell me about it. They then tried to charge me $700 to do my taxes. After complaining to them, they gave me a $300 check which is still missing $50 of what the IRS gave me. They ask their customers to give them a good review to join a “raffle”. Save yourself the headache.

I didn't have to wait in line. They they accept walk-ins as well. Luckily the day that I went there was nobody waiting so I was taken care of right away. Very professional. I will be returning next year.
