Everyone was professional and pleasant, fast and efficient. I cannot believe how quickly they got me in and out, especially so close to AXE time! I thought it was going to be an hours long ordeal but, I made the appointment at roughly 8 am for 12:00 noon and was out around 01:00 pm and I had a fair amount of garbage to sift through(I was a working bunny rabbit in 23, hopping all over the place employment wise! ) The only criticism I can come up with is, of course, the price/pricing, YIKES they're pricey! An hours work and effort got the fees up to $350.00+. I was not expecting that, $150.00-225.00 max, but nope, I was wrong. Still, their speed was impressive and personalities were good. No weird vibes or stresses detected. However, I will probably go back to doing my taxes myself from here on out, I am not wealthy and never will be, using this service annually??
