They charge way too much for complicated tax returns. Price does not match service. w2 prices might be decent. It is the service part for me.

Worst service ever!!! If I would have given a 0 stars if I was having an option.Tax consultant name - Venkata and AhmedI have contacted them for my tax filling and. Shared all the necessary docs and details and they said estimate should be available with in 48 hours and I did not got the response since then am calling no response and left a note couple of time and no response. Left a email no responseFinally I sent an email showing my disappointment and frustration then I got response last week Thursday with an apology and again stating I should get the estimate ASAP but still no response.So I thought to leave a feedback here so other will know the standard of service they provide
