Very disappointed, a lot a lot of rude staff.. a lot of workers look like they don’t even want to be there. Talking amongst them even if there’s customers trying to order. Arguing amongst themselves, a lot of stands look super dirty. I worked there years ago and was a very different atmosphere back then, a little more professional and eager to get that place in shape. Now the way they run things seem like the regular employees are the ones with authority over management. If you like to collect free east checks, this is the place for you. If you are looking into something serious where you can move on up? Keep looking at other locations because this one will make u quit because there’s no authority or back up from upper management.

The “food” in the Club level suites for a recent concert….was nasty, unseasoned, dry, inedible, etc. Plain & simple. Every item was nasty! Another vendor is needed or the food actually needs to be good. I’m sorry, but we were really upset by it.

Chicago Stadium Club is fantastic. Great buffet. Irma is an attentive server.The carvery is top shelf.
