These jeans are required uniform for my job, and they are consistently terrible quality. I've now purchased three pairs of the 511 dark wash in a little over 1 year. The pockets start deteriorating almost immediately. The pair I've posted pictures of have been worn a total of 5 times and are already falling apart. These white spots you see will become holes within a few short months. This is ridiculous. It's almost like they are designed to fall apart so that I have to come back in a few months and hand them another $80. I do a cold wash and let them hang dry. This shouldn't be happening. Take some pride in your products.
If you have a choice, buy your denim elsewhere.
That being said the people who work at the store are all very friendly and professional.

Store Review: Levi's Downtown Location
This was my first time visiting the Levi's store downtown, and I was excited, hoping it would be the first of many visits. Upon arrival, I approached a sales representative to ask where I could find the trucker jean jackets. They were very helpful, guiding me to a wide selection and even pointing out some discounted items. After trying on a few jackets, I made my choice and headed to the register to make my purchase.
Unfortunately, this is where my experience took a negative turn. The cashier, a woman, felt the need to thoroughly inspect my jacket before ringing me up, as if searching for hidden items. This left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. Despite sensing my discomfort, the cashier continued the inspection and then asked if I needed a bag for my purchase. Although I requested a bag, I couldn't shake the feeling of wanting to leave the store without completing my purchase.
While I don’t believe this is representative of Levi’s overall culture, I do think there is room for improvement in training staff on how to provide a more positive customer experience. When customers are spending their hard-earned money, they should feel valued and respected, not uncomfortable or judged.

Some of the staff are amazing and so willing to help, the rest you have to chase down if you have a question or need a size. The tailor shop is always amazing and so cool to watch!!
Though shopping online is a must for this location.

Is there an employee at this location (downtown) named Beverly?I am having a problem with this young lady stalking and harassing me with a young boy she was dating named Andre Senter? I don't know what her problem is; nothing was said out of the way to her. The staff is amazing here! Sydney and her colleagues were so nice. Unfortunately I did not get their names but they were great also! I went to buy new jeans yesterday and everyone was super kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely shop here again.

Absolutely RUDE!!!! Apparently caucasians are invisible and not able to be helped in this store. Have asked the gentleman (not Caucasian) three times for help and he has been “busy and can’t help me”, yet has helped three other customers….wait for it….not Caucasian. Apparently too busy!! No thanks….
