This was my first time shopping at Levis, and my visit could not have gone better. I came in to browse jeans since AE is just not cutting it. I imagined buying one pair and I left with 3 thanks to Devante (sp?). He was so attentive and kind from the moment he saw me walk in. He was super patient and knowledgeable about the Levis product line bringing me things that he believed were what I was looking for. He also took the time to explain their sizing structure as it was unfamiliar to me. He was simultaneously attending to the other customers in the fitting rooms with me, giving them equal amounts of attention as he gave me. He was a rockstar, he really made my shopping experience worthwhile. Thank you Devante!

I came in just looking around this past Sunday and the gentleman who was working deserves a RAISE!!! Thank you for all the help and he has the best customer service I have seen in a long time!!

Wow Bad Costumer service ! Literally, as I entered the store I left, no one asked if I was looking for something, if I needed something. They just kept talking to each other and doing their thing like robots.

This Levi store had great customer service. Devante (I believe that was his name - tall brown skin gentleman with locs) was very thorough with his customer service experience! He assisted me with the right size, grabbed everything I needed, and also informed me about sales and signing up all while on the sales floor! He is the perfect example of what great customer service looks like. I don’t live in Chicago (NY girl here) and would come back just to shop based on the customer service I received. I walked out with two things I didn’t expect to buy and one being on sale! Kudos

It's a nice, well organized store but not size inclusive at all, at least in the women's section. I didn't see any jeans larger than a women's size 31" (about a size 10) and not a ton of options for long sizes either.

We had to post about the best experience we’ve have had with the Wicker Park store. My son has a learning disability while I was in the fitting room and my wife in the other. Our son started to have a meltdown. There was an employee with curly hair and glasses.We are not sure if she was management. Which truly doesn’t matter. All we could state is that she came to the rescue. She was very patient and compassionate with him. She talked with him for a while and put him at ease. She went to the back and brought a stress ball. She had in her backpack and gave it to my son. This took place almost a month ago, unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to write this review with our busy schedule. Needless to say she convinced him to Try-on a pair of jeans. My son is 16 years of age a very athletic child. This was the first time he has ever worn a pair of jeans. He has an issue with certain fabrics. She was like amazing to say the least. It’s like she automatically knew what do with him and how to speak with him. She found the perfect fabric that was soft for him to wear, Also helped my son pick aT-shirt and when we were going to leave. I asked my son returned the ball but she insisted on our son to keep the ball since we were going to other stores. She figured that he would need it throughout the day. All I could say is that this individual was amazing once we come back into town we will make sure to only visit this Levi’s and hopefully we will get to have her once again.

Great wonderful beautiful store my husband and come there a lot to shop. At wicker park and Michigan ave store. This complain comes from consumers point of view. The staff are extremely busy and very little coverage and all we could see as we walked around the store boxes and boxes of shipment that can’t get done from what we see in our perspective us customers, it’s not enough hours given to your employees for a store that makes millions and billions of dollars a year you should have manage better they’re overworked and underpaid they look beyond stressed. I used to work at target for 15 yrs as a manager and most if not all the problems came from the hire ups. We have seen staff run on very little break time rushing to eat and hop back on the sales floor. If y’all want to treat your staff like rat experiment don’t complain about the revolving doors retail corporations have. We were so disgusted to see how all the poor treatment Keeps happening one day there might just walk out 10 minutes to 30 minutes meal breaks are not enough for humans. It’s unjustified and cruel this corporate company has enough money to give better pay and breaks. For the amount of money we spend with this company we should see better staff treatment. Congratulations corporate sharks for the treatment y’all keep giving humans that keep your stores running sharp on a daily basis.

Really nice store. Clean and organized. Staff was really helpful and friendly in finding sizes for us. I’d shop here again, but we’re in from out of town.
