The ladies at Vision Works were all so very helpful and answered all of my questions. I wasn’t there for myself but I did need a new pair and I was able to get an appointment at the same location same day and I was very pleased with the selection of eye wear available.

The associates, Tia & and Vanessa, provided stellar customer service with professionalism and knowledge. My insurance was explained to me thoroughly, and I was pleased with all of the options in frames and lenses!

Ive called 3 times in the last month and a half just trying to get them to send me the prescription they gave me. They say they will fix it and they have not gotten it to me everytime. They claimed they mailed it to me a month ago, then that they would fax it, then that they emailed. None have worked. Not to mention the fact that after 4 visits and a mess up of my contact prescription, they sent me the wrong ones to bring abroad, and I wasn’t able to get it changed or refunded.

Vision works located in Evergreen Park is absolutely awful!!! The staff fail to follow up with clients on prescription orders and if you contact the store they have a terrible habit of leaving you on hold for an extended period , then forwarding your call to voicemail!! American Best is 100% percent better then this establishment!!

I am very pleased with the service and understanding that they were it was a last minute call for me to help my mom with Dementia. She needed her glasses.
Mia C is such a great asset to your company I will be recommending friends n family. Mia listened to my need and then recommended and suggested what would be best and it sure was
Then I was serviced by a manager by the name of Jose Flores right b4 closing time and he was very helpful and understood my need.
Last but not least Marzena K. Was the one to give me the service the next day and she was also of great help.
You have great ppl working there hope you guys are valued n treated the same.
Prices I don't know about but service is great ho and see for yourself.
