Quick, easy, and efficient. The way an eye exam should be! I was seen by the staff quickly and everyone was very professional. The doctor explained my prescription and contact lens change very well. I always have a great and professional experience when I am here.

We had a pair of frames replaced under the LensCrafters insurance. It really works. Walked in to the Clark Street store in Lincoln Park; they put the lenses in the replacement frame in less than 15 minutes. We paid the $25 insurance copay and we were out of there. Shout out to Isabella who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Her service was a far cry from the indifferent service we got at the North Ave store. North Ave didn’t have the replacement frame in stock so told us to go check other locations! I’d read other reviews about North Ave and my visit there seemed to confirm what I read.

I adore Dr. Shpritser and her team! She is so thorough and makes you feel very at ease about your visit. Maria is a longtime staff member and she is always so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this location!

All the staff were great! My eye exam was fast and under 30 minutes. They even fixed my existing frame due to the left lens constantly popping out and generally loose! Overall great team and location!

Dr Shpritser is great.. she's modified my prescription over many years based on my eyesight changes as well as my variations in lifestyle esp when I had more then less computer usage.
Her assistant is also very focused on proper testing and explains options well.
They spend as much time with you as needed, answering questions and making adjustments.
Highly Recommended.

I stopped in to try to replace the screw in a pair of sunglasses I had purchased in Europe five years ago. To my pleasant surprise, the staff person was able to make that fix. When I asked what I owed, I was told no charge. I was more than happy to pay, but she would not accept any $. That was above and beyond and a lovely gesture. Thank you!
