I came in a few months ago and left without purchasing glasses because I got frustrated with insurance and the way my prescription was written. I tried again today; Chuck and the woman with curly hair were very helpful. With a little work, they got me exactly what I needed. Sorry for being a pain in the arse last time I was in!

Dr. Vu, Anna, and Chuck were extremely professional, helpful and a delight to work with. Dr. Vu is extremely knowledgeable and informative, Anna was fun and made the eye exam painless, and Chuck help me pick out the correct frames!

My lens popped out of my frame, and I lost the screw. My bright idea was to fix it with super glue. I brought my glasses in randomly, and Chuck was super helpful! He removed the glue blockage and replaced the screw in less than 10 minutes! Go see Chuck!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to explain all the frame and lens options. The lens quantity of my new glasses is excellent, due to their care in measuring and the computer assisted fitting device. The glasses pupil width, focal distance for the nearsighted prescription, and the transition to the progressive reader lower portion of the lenses is perfect.
