They refused to serve me today saying they're not interested in my business because I work in heavy industry. The worst part is I spent money and a great deal of time stuck in traffic getting to them. I won't be going back and will let my colleagues know not to go there

I found the staff at Lenscrafters to be very professional. I appreciate the eye exam details. It always amazes me how much your eyes can tell you about other health issues. Being of an older age group, it is very good to understand my current status and what might change going forward.

Stefanie was super helpful, friendly, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. She was amazing in finding the best deal for my glasses with my insurance coverage and I couldn’t be happier.
Dr. Shpritz is very caring, funny, and you can tell he loves his job. Overall everyone made me feel at home, including the front desk associate who did my pre-screening. I will for sure be back here for my next check-up! ◡̈

Customer service is alive and well! After a long hiatus from Edgewater I returned only to find my contacts and glasses somehow vanished in my travels. In a real bind, Lens Crafters Optique on Bryn Mawr got me in for an exam and fitting with steadfast vigor!
I was promptly greeted by the lovely and charming Ms. Julia who couldn't possibly have been any nicer or more pleasant to deal with. Your compliment truly made my day!
Dr. Gregory Macagba was also extremely polite and equally pleasant. It was evident from the start that he takes his craft and trade quite seriously but his mannerisms and warm demeanor made me feel more like I was catching the back 9 with a friend on a Friday afternoon than attending an eye exam. He was extremely patient throughout as we dialed in my prescription which I likely take a little more seriously than some. I've noticed this can be frustrating to some eye doctors but Dr. Gregory was extremely accomodating even late on a Friday. His dedication and knowledge and attention to detail was also quite notable. I highly doubt you could possibly find a better doctor to deal with.
True to form Sunny the specialist was equally on point. He too was extremely thorough and diligent in answering a wide array of questions and concerns. No overly indulgent upselling or pressure.... Just true to form good customer service!
Overall I was in and out of this chic' eyeware speakeasy in record time. I got exactly what I paid for and more at extremely fair price with the bonus of a level of customer service you regrettably don't see much of anymore. I would highly recommend Lens Crafters Optique on Bryn Mawr in Edgewater to anyone. If I could give 7.5 Stars ? out of 5 I would. I wouldn't hesitate and will truly look forward to doing business with them again!
I have never been to this fine establishment before nor do I have any affiliation to it or anyone who works there. I took the time to write this review because the overall experience commanded it.

This is the third time I have done business with my husband and myself. I must say I could not have been more pleased with the service we received. First, let me say the staff at this Lenscrafters are above top-notch, especially Julia and Stephanie. We always bring our daughter and they treat her like family. Our daughter loves coming here and so do we. We could not express more how satisfied we are with this Lenscrafters, definitely 5 stars
