While traveling in Chicago I decided to check out the local watch shops with the idea of purchasing myself a birthday gift. I was very happy with the selection. Best place to buy a watch! The selection is amazing, so many great pieces at varied price points. The salespeople are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I have been buying watches from Mark for over ten years. He is thoughtful about his recommendations and works hard to give me a competitive price every time. He also has provided service and maintenance on all of my watches. He is the only watch seller that I deal with.

I came to Legend of Time rather purposefully as they happen to be the only Junghans authorized dealer anywhere near central Illinois. I drove 2 hours from home to visit the store to find they were only taking appointments on the weekend. Despite the short notice, Mark answered my call and drove an hour out of his way on a weekend to come work with me.When he arrived, he was very friendly and had great hospitality. He grabbed my mother and I water and coffee, took care to listen to exactly what we were looking for, and brought out all of his options for me to see. He helped me make the exact right choice on a Max Bill.I cannot speak much to his inventory outside of Junghans; that is all I was interested in while I was there. That being said, it seemed like he had a good selection. He is price competitive, attentive to customer satisfaction, and has a great sense of humor. I will be back, likely for a chronoscope in the future. Thanks for the great experience, Mark!

I purchased my first automatic European watch from them this week. They were very responsive to emails, offered personal service and had a very nice selection. I had zeroed in on a few watches online but it makes a huge difference to go try them on and discuss with an expert.

I just picked up my engraving and i am THRILLED!Wade is a true artist. If you've got an unusual canvas (mine was a machete blade) with an uncommon engraving design (mine was two difficult emojis ) do not hesitate to give him your job!

Looks like there are a lot of varied responses about this place, but I just had a great experience at Pacific Watch Repair. I took my favorite watch in for a quick battery change, and I was in and out in about five minutes or less. Great place to go, I would highly recommend!

Legend of Time offers an incomparable experience in watch design selection, style advice and consultation regarding functions and complications. They are interested in building relationships with their customers based on an understanding of the customers’ true direction with such a personal item as opposed to simply selling a watch. Their access to rare and desirable pieces (from manufactures such as Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin, Rolex and IWC) is matched only by their ability to counsel their customers on making the right selection. Highly recommended.

BEWARE --- This store sold me a STOLEN ROLEX. I have learned that they are not an authorized Rolex dealer, which leaves Rolex no room to help me in determining ownership. Vlad and Mark from the store are refusing to replace the watch or help in any way.
