Called and text multiple times and multiple days. Never got a call or text to schedule an appointment. Poor business model. Most people don't like their time wasted.

Nika is an excellent hair stylist. The shop uses products that are cruelty-free. Also, Nika carries on very interesting and intelligent conversations.
