I love my Dr. but the ladies that work the front desk that's a whole nother story, they never answer the phone and after waiting they hang up or just never answer as someone with different issues is getting harder and harder to deal with this I know my mom has had issues as well...I don't know how can they deal with people and treat them this way.

I’ve been going to clinic since 2010. It was a very good clinic once upon a time. Now, not so much. Receptionists are very rude, they keep you in hold for a long time then they hang up on you. Two weeks ago I called cause I needed a code for my Libre device. Left a message for the nurse. She didn’t call me back. I had to call again & again until I finally spoke with the nurse. Supposedly she never received the message. Just now I called there 3 times and was hung up on each time. I think it’s time I find another clinic.

Terrible service, I called to set up an appointment and they didn’t have anything available until a month from now. That was understandable but the lady told me I can call the next day at 7am to see if same day appointment was available. The next morning I’m calling at 7am and it’s close, the answering machine says they accept calls from 8am to 5pm. Google website says 8:30am. I’m still calling every 10 minutes just in case and finally a lady answered at 8:05am. She was extremely rude from the beginning and said I should have called at 7:30am because that’s the time she gets in. I explained to her my story and she basically said I was wrong and I was probably calling the wrong number. She asked me to repeated it to her and obviously it was the same one I was calling every 10 minutes and now I got her on the line. When I asked about all the different opening times, She got upset and said the office opens when she gets and is ready to open. She said to try calling tomorrow and hopefully I get lucky. Her attitude and responses are not appropriate for her work position. Really disappointed with this location and staff. To finish up I asked to speak to a manager and she but me on hold for 10min and then hung up. Not a good place to go get medical attention or any help. This was the morning of 2/23/23 by the way.

The girl that does the blood draw is just so rude. I don't know how she is working with patients, I asked for the supervisors name and number they gave me general number.

5 stars for Dr. Park , Nurse Erica and Norma at the front!Dr. Park is the best doctor i ever met. Really cares about people. Nurse Erika is kind, polite and lovely. Norma at the front desk went out of her way to help me and it was my first time seeing her. Give these 3 a raise!!!!

I've been coming here since I was a kid and even went here during my first pregnancy and it was a good experience overall but today I've called not once not twice but six times just to be on hold which I didn't mind the first two times but after calling multiple times just to be hung up on over and over again is horrible. I don't appreciate having being hung up on while waiting for a receptionist to answer my call just to book an appointment.

I have been a patient of Lawndale Christian Archer Heights since 2013 and also my daughter was a patient since she was born in 2017 but we changed over to Adovacte because of insurance and personal issues. Thank you to Dr. Park and Nurse Erica for having us as patients and being understanding , friendly, informative, and helpful while under their care. We will miss you! ?

I love how this is a faith based clinic! I see Bible verses throughout the clinic which is very soothing especially when someone is not feeling well. Clinic is clean. Medical staff are courteous and professional! However, I’m still trying to adapt that lab results are mailed home which can take a couple of weeks.

They never answer the phones. I called many times and nobody picks up.The third time I called someone answered and transferred me only for me to get transferred again and then get hung up on. Ive been a patient here since I was kid now that I have my daughter they are horrible. Never can get through and I called both archer and Ogden clinics.

i dont have insurance and not working i thank god theres places like this that help people like me i only paid $31 for a check up. well worth it very clean awsome structure and nice people.
