The gym has a great assortment of all training equipment, clean and spacious locker rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and are always courteous. Fully recommended.

Lost a day of work and an hour worth of gas for the drive to the dental clinic just for them to not take my little girl, even the people in the front desk are surprised at how much they aren't willing to work, like their own staff said "you get here on time but they make you wait the remaining of the time so they won't take you."

Convenient parking available. Clean equipment policy in place. Sanitizing bottles and paper towels are readily available. Classes, group activities and equipment are available. So you can work out with friends or do the lone wolf thing. No one bothers you and that's key.

Excellent hours, many assorted classes and specialty classes Taekwondo and kickboxing. Clean gym and track. Assorted exercise equipment.

Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. This is a great place for the neighborhood to have. Nothing but positive vibes.Just be sure to wipe down your equipment and chip in by caring about the machines ??

I enjoy working out here. Friendly staff and friendly people. Overall a great environment to achieve your workout goals. Lots of workout classes and even more workout equipment. Come on out in try it for yourself. I'm sure you will like it!!
