Yes, l loved Jeremy but the pricing was ridiculous. It didn't start this way but it ended bad. During covid I was late on a payment for home and two autos. I didn't realize my homeowners was canceled. I requested homeowners once I figured out. A surveyor went out and reported problems with my roof. My roof! My policy was canceled less than two months. I was treated like a new customer and told if I didn't get my roof repaired in 30 to 45 days, they would cancel my homeowners insurance. Regretfully, I continued to pay for home and auto insurance even though I was told I didn't have it. My auto insurance increased because I loss my multi line discount and I was still paying home and auto insurance. I emailed and chatted 10 days. No response, I left!!! I'm saving $150/month with the competition. Thanks Allstate and Lamont Robinson all these years for BEING A FRIEND!
