SCAM SCAM SCAM! Henry the front desk person is over 60 years.. and decided to lie (horrible was expecting more of a person in that age) and charge me for something he didn't even replace on my car + refused to give me a receipt, first and last time visiting this shop! BE CAREFUL who you trust with your car.

Horrible experience, read the reviews BE AWARE of this autoshop they are telling you one price and then charging you other one ..over $150 and refuse to give a RECEIPT! Henry provided horrible customer service..

My mistake for not checking the reviewers before, happen the same as many people already warning. If is posible to be 0 stars I would choose that option.I went to Lakeside International Auto to ask how much will be to change the bulb of the front lights of my car, after Henry told me 26.99 with installation and taxes for each one and I decided to go and request the installation of 3 of them.First situation he proceeds to charge $137.31 and when I ask for receipt and breakdown of price he is telling me he needs to charge me an extra $25 more for paper receipt, and later telling he charge $150 an hour and he needs to charge me more if I want all this info in the receipt.Second situation is after I told him to be just 3 bulbs lights and he told me multiples time that was just 3, he just without confirm with me or verified switch 4 bulbs lights to later telling me that one is free but the receipt now is $163.Henry is not a trustful or honest, I was expecting more professionalism from and older person, but he decided to scam by adding parts and refusing to provide a proof of charges.DO NOT GO!If you don’t have another option, ask for receipt.

The owner Harry with only one mechanic proceeds repairs to customers auto without their knowledge or approval. Then gives you a bill in hundreds even thousands of dollars and expects you to pay it. What makes matters worst you have to take it back several times for same problem and he overcharges you for parts. DO NOT Recommend!!!

This business constantly is parking vehicles in the sidewalk and completely blocking it. This forces people into the street risking they are hit by traffic and can make the sidewalk completely inaccessible for those with disabilities. Not only does a business that shows this type of complete disregard for it's neighbors deserve nobodies business but they're going to get the cars their working on towed. Shame on this business.

I brought my newly purchased Volvo S60 Turbo to Henry for problematic noises and horn not working. Not only did Henry & his mechanics fix the problem same day, their work fixed other problems; hazard signal. Very good pricing and moving forward, Henry is my mechanic. I really like that dude. Thank You Henry & Staff!!

I have been taking my cars to Lakeside International Auto/Henry for many years, 2 Saabs, a Lexus and now my Audi A5 Convertible. I typically go to the dealer for warranty and services to start and if the dealer give me a crazy quote I go to Lakeside International Auto or when the warrantee is over Henry is my guy.I have had multiple times where I was told $3,000-$5,000+ dollars by a dealer and he figures it out for usually under $1,000 or less always for a reasonable price based on the level of work. New tires, not $6,000 in suspension work, a loose engine plate that only needed tightening not $2,000 in repairs. Recently even helped with a poor Audi truck design that cut wires blowing one of the $900+ LED clusters with a affordable solution that should not fail again. Audi actually told me I open my trunk too much, WHAT????The Audi dealer I was going to has an hourly rate of somewhere about $290 an hour and charge flat fees like $300 per item to trouble shoot not by the amount of time they actually takes. Charging for 8 hours of labor but done while you wait for 2 hours??? While you watch one person work on your car, granted they have an amazing cup of coffee and a muffin and lately Audi has been skipping washing your car...Henry has taken good care of me and my cars and understands wanting to drive a car like it was designed, will help you debate which item need to be done now or later if you are on a budget. Thank you Lakeside!

please read the reviews! i did't! and payed my price. omg what a ripoff!!! this shop is terrible. if you like to get ripped off by a con-artist. worst service! worst shop owner. do not go here!! they have a limited knowledge about cars, but absolutely no knowledge about service. only thing they know is how to get your money from you!
