They had exactly what I needed. Starter set of acrylics, plenty of brushes (dollar brush bin there!), all sorts of canvas and easels, paint pallets, and more! This is going to be my new art supply store :)

I took a 5x5 canvas to be framed. She put a few frame styles on the table for me to select and I did. She did not offer any suggestions about how to make this look nice or what frame would work best. She said it'd be a 10 day turn around. When I picked up the framed art the inside of the frame had 2 or 3 spots of very dark spots right above the frame and on the sides where it distracted from the art itself. She offered to paint that over. I agreed trusting her judgement In hindsight I should have said order a new frame but since it had been 10 days from the original order I didn't feel I could wait another 10 days to meet my friend with her Christmas gift. From Friday to Monday I came back, and the work was deplorable she used a crayon or craypas and smudged it over. I ran my finger and it comes off. She smudges it over with her finger. I take it home and in daylight it looks like a 10 year old did this. Her shop has artificial light so it looked better. I came back to tell her it was not goiing to work and she exploded. Said I was abusing her by telling her it was not looking ok. She did not offered anything else besides getting another frame, which she could have said before, or a refund. When I attempted to tell her how dissappointed I was that I could not meet my friend on Thursday 12/14, she kept getting escalated and started to talk to someone on the phone saying she couldn't understand why I wasn't leaving and that she was calling the police. I went to my car to get my credit card and she continues to be escalated telling me how busy she was and that I should have known to either ask for different frame of a refund to begin with. She issues a refund and contnues to be extremely out of.control saying unless I leave she'll call the police, again ! I am just staring at her and she again says, I don't understand why she's not leaving, my jaw is open and I say: Im in disbelief about what is happening, and again she talks on the phone giving.my description to someone on the other side about my approximate age and color hair.... WOW !! Never went to this place so I don't even know if she does great work, but definitely she is not capable of hearing that the customer is appropriately dissatisfied. She is going to want you to be totally happy or take whatever she gives you or she'll have a VERY strong reaction. Buyer beware... :((

Happy to stumble onto this art supply store in my neighborhood and bring able to shop local versus a big box store. Lots of cute art gifts in addition to supplies. The owner helped me pick out a matboard in the perfect color for a something I was framing and cut it for me while I shopped. Will def be back for more picture needs and other art projects!

This was an awesome experience. This company is truly the best yacht rental in Chicago. I host an event fundraiser for our non-profit. Planning was easy and the staff and crew we're extremely helpful. Our clients and donors were blown away and we had the opportunity to connect with everyone on board. If you're going to host a birthday party or corporate event - you should choose Adeline's Sea Moose.

Terrific art supply near where I live -- Intelligent, knowledgeable super-helpful staff make it a real pleasure -- Really handy, located right on Foster bus route! Many staples have wildly competitive prices you wouldn't expect from a smaller store.

Stopped here to pick up some materials because I did a hand lettering virtual workshop and wanted to give it a shot. They have a ton of stuff in this shop and though I'm not an artist myself, they have a little of everything so you may find what you need. The guy working the store greeted me and let me know to holler for him if I needed help, but otherwise let me alone to wander.They also have a lot of framing options, so if you're looking for a framing job then you could try them out.Parking is street only, and metered. I didn't have any problem finding a parking spot, so hopefully that's the norm around here.
