I called to get an estimate for my gmc truck and sent pictures of my truck. I was immediately told that I needed to buy another truck and I didn’t understand because I looked at photos on the website of other vehicles that was damaged like mines that had been fixed. I don’t know if I was denied service because I was paying out of pocket instead of an insurance claim. It’s ok though! Never underestimate what a customer can pay for! I did not want to purchase another vehicle, I wanted my truck fixed. I’m just wondering if any one else was denied service if they were paying out of pocket??

Talk to owner about doing some minor work and he recommended. Just leave it like it is. I might open up canned worms for small little scratch. Nobody else would see.

Highly recommend lake side collision they were very friendly and professional when it came to business. I took my truck in for repairs they handled everything and I got my truck back sooner than I expected.

Lakeside Collision is the best place to go! I just got my car back today and when I tell y’all it doesn’t even look like my car was in an accident at all, astonished is the way I feel. Their work is amazing and I couldn’t be happier with how amazing my car looks. Dents completely gone, literally looks like I got it off the lot and the paint sheen is immaculate. I love the work they’ve done on my car and If I could give them more stars I would. I will definitely be coming back here for any framework or paint job, I stand by that.
10/10 recommend is a win!

They do great work. I was in an accident they fixed my car so it looks like it did the day I bought it. They are really good at what they do and they are straight shooters here. I hope to never be in another accident but if someone else hits my car again. I will be bringing it here to be fixed. I recommend you come here too! They even had my car fixed sooner than they estimated it to be done.

Tony is the guy to talk to here. He has great customer service and knows the ins and outs of the business. He helped getting a rental go smoothly. Awesome team of guys that get the job done and make your vehicle look like new. You need anything ask Tony, he'll make sure you are good and taken care of. Taking all my vehicles here in the future. This place did an excellent job repairing my baby after it was stolen for the second time. In case you’re wondering what kind of car…Dodge Durango R/T. As you are aware, insurance companies would rather repair then pay off so I was glad to learn not only did they care about fully repairing my vehicle but also squeezing in as much possible extras as the funds would allow. They didn’t cut any corners and my vehicle was ready right on time. I am more than satisfied with the quality of service I received.

My son's truck was in a tornado (the tornado truck) it was messed up really bad.
Have to say what a great job they did!!!
Great customer service and kept him updated through the whole process.

Very amazing work and even better customer service! I needed body work done on my car after an accident. My aunt referred me to this place and Tony specifically, and I am so glad I followed her advice. Tony was very transparent throughout the entire process and kept me updated with the status of my car. He worked with me and my insurance to ensure that I was getting all necessary repairs. Although things took a bit longer than expected (due to the insurance / parts), Tony communicated every step of the way and answered all questions that I had. My car looks amazing and you cannot even tell that it was in a collision.
Great experience all around!
