Sometimes coming to these places feels like a DMV. It was my first time at this location on Wednesday 05/15 and I believe Gerald, was his name, was great. Kind, personable and overall had my first great experience at one of these places.

Literally the worst. They need a special order. If you don't have an order, come back the next day. Then if you have an order and are not in the my chart system, expect to wait 2 hours to create an account, and another 30 min to submit the sample. Finally if you submit the result on Friday expect to get the result Tuesday. If you call them, expect to bounce around 4-5 times to the operator before connecting to a front desk that will drop your call. The worst.

Andres and the other technicians are so nice they make a potentially painful experience into a joyful one. The staff, especially Andre, is helpful, and efficient. I used to dread going for testing until I started going here. Such a joy, especially when compared to other Labcorp locations.

Incredible experience coming from someone who does not handle needles well. Front desk staff was great and woman drawing my blood made me feel very comfortable. Quick and painless, maybe took a total of 10 minutes.

For some reason the tech did not indicate my gender on my forms, so nearly half my online results were unable to be reported as normal or abnormal. So I had to track down the phone number to call an actual person at Labcorp, and get their operator to add my gender. It updated online in just a few hours, but it stressed me out. Before you leave the office, be sure your gender is correct in their records.

DO NOT COME HERE. Extremely horrible, and extremely rude service. HAD TO WAIT ENDLESSLY AND THE STAFF CUT THE QUEUE, TOOK OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE ME, when I politely asked, why did they cut the queue, and TOLD MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS, ITS FRIDAY AND WAIT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

It was super simple and easy maybe 10 minutes max. Gerald was amazing made me feel very comfortable while doing the blood work and was super efficient!

Terrible experience! I booked my appointment with 2 weeks advance as I knew I would need STAT bloodwork for that day. I was booked with meetings entire day so that slot was only time to work for me. My window came and 30 minutes later I get a call saying they had to cancel!! No alternative options. Just said next day which was not an option. So unprofessional! It left me scrambling and in panic. I asked for a call back from manager. They NEVER called. NOT a reliable company. I would go elsewhere if you need a company to rely on with their appointments.
