I wanted to call just before 2 p.m. to ask for directions on how to wash the cover on bassinet hood, as it is riveted permanently. The automated answering system said to call during NORMAL business hours.

Parked in the parking lot for 20 min and they immediately had my car towed in the 100° Weather with my 9 mo old son. Car has baby on board sticker and everything. Clearly a company that doesn't really care about kids. Will never purchase from this company.

Ordered my granddaughter the Frozen Dollhouse for Christmas. Super easy to put together. Unfortunately one of the pink curtains was missing from the package. Went online and ordered it Tuesday, it came to my door today. Very pleased with my purchase and customer service, will use again!

I wish I could give it zero stars. Bought an umbrella strollergot it home to assemble- no canopy in the box. Ok, annoying, but take it to the store exchange for one that I made sure had all the parts before I take it home. Get it home, start putting it together and find out that one of the axels for the rear wheels has a hole that is not drilled all the way through. Can't place the pin. Useless. And unfixable. Clearly there is no quality control at this company. I wasted my entire day on something that should have taken 10 minutes tops and I still have no stroller.

Never again will I purchase from Kolcraft!!! I purchased a mattress with 10 year warranty, well the mattress was ruined within months. I sent them pictures & followed every prompt they asked from me. Then they stated they closed my case. So I basically ruined my mattress because they asked me to cut in x through out the mattress! Wow highly disappointed! I encourage people to not purchase from them I will be taking legal actions as well!
