I had an issue with a stroller I recently bought. I tried calling multiple times and haven’t heard back for 2 weeks. Company doesn’t care about customers after purchase.

Said they would send me a replacement part, I waited for months, then when following up about it they kept saying they didn't have it and ghosted me.

I wanted to call just before 2 p.m. to ask for directions on how to wash the cover on bassinet hood, as it is riveted permanently. The automated answering system said to call during NORMAL business hours.
