Nancy and David were the nice reps that helped me at Sephora. This review is solely for them. Every.single.time. that I've stepped foot into a Sephora (kohls or not but especially kohls locations) I've had mediocre to horrific experiences with all of their representatives. David and Nancy deserve to get all the kudos and credit. David didn't ignore me and immediately asked if I needed help with something. He assisted me with kindness and professionalism. Nancy ended up helping me over the phone when I was having issues with an even exchange at an alternate location. She too was professional and helpful. I've sworn off kohls as an establishment from here on out but these two are the reason I even consider becoming a customer again.

First time shopping at kohls though everyone was helpful .my cashier jb was outstanding she helped us answerd all our questions. Also helped with getting us additional discounts using kohls credt card .

I recently visited Kohls on Elston, everything in the store appeared to be well organized and neatly placed. I needed to exchange a Christmas gift that someone purchased for my child that didn't fit. I've seen countless commercials on television and youtube where it states "No Hassle Returns".During my return/exchange process I felt " hassled ". I was told one of the items I couldn't do an even exchange but would be issued a store credit to purchase the second pair of pants... no problem. Then she ask for an ID. I didn't have one, she said I can't give you a store credit/process the return without it. I asked... what would you do if I were a migrant? She said if you're a migrant you should have a passport and if not youwould have to wait until you get an ID. guess she hasn't seen the news lately.I question her on Kohls " no hassle return policy" she didn't have an answer. Next I said there's nothing posted in the customer service/return department that informs customer of the return policy or anything by the register that states " ID required" for returns. She mentioned if you look online... that's not a customer obligation

Kohl's is SLEPT ON! Christmas present heaven! the clothes (especially nike and sportswear) are definitely not the same quality as you would get at a specific Nike store but they're still good! I recccomend signing up so you can get and use kohl's cash!

I bought a winter coat online for my toddler because he grew out of the one we have and when I arrived at the store they sold my online purchase!!! Then I couldn’t find any coat for my son. Bucktown location

The experience that I had today right before Christmas. It was amazing go to that Kohl’s, Armitage by Ashton store number 0725 and ask for JB she’s got the rate amount of beauty in her to help us by customers merry Christmas.
