Great variety of modern, elegant, sober and expensive bathroom equipment, but I must also add durable because they are not plastic. There are also cheap ones that are made of plastic, but if we don't have a lot of money we should buy durable implements so that they last a long time and not have to change them in a short time. We have enjoyed the shopping experience at this Kohler by Studio 41 store. Great staff, but especially Eric Mahoney, who from the first time I met him last year, has been consistently helpful, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Eric has gone out of his way to be helpful. Much appreciated.

We were so impressed from the initial visit to the Chicago show room and follow up service that was provided. Garrett was so professional and thorough in his work that we would highly recommend customers who are looking for quality, dependability, and service when selecting bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

I had order a kohler tub from a Lowes and the order was delayed which put us in a Terrible situation because it was holding up our project. I called this location and I spoke with Kim. Kim was able to be get me the tub that I really wanted same day including the drain. She went above and beyond to really help us out. She was amazing. In all the craziness I got to the store a few after closing and they still allowed to pick the order. Everyone was so nice and I really felt well taken care. Great people, great service and great product. High recommend using them for your projects. Thanks again Kim and the rest of the team. We really appreciate all your help.

We remodeled 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Bought all plumbing fixtures including toilets, sinks and accessories from Kohler. The toilets have been an issue from the start. We followed their recommendations on how to fix. Still not working properly. The chain in the tank comes off so they don’t flush and the flapper doesn’t seed properly so the tank doesn’t fill and water runs into toilet.Their answer now is, you are past the warranty period, we will do nothing.I wouldn’t recommend using Kohler! They really deserve 0 stars!

Jenn Brockman, our designer, was outstanding to work with. Her suggestions really helped us get the master bath of our dreams...within our budget. She spent much focused time with us as we worked from concept through detailed design. We are very pleased with the design and attention to detail. Can’t wait to see the finished product!

What a disappointment. You would think being a flagship store they would have a large selection of their product and knowledgeable staff. Wiuldnt you think a flagship store has more than one sliding shower door?My young salesman essentially argued with me when I explained a product Kohler carries on their website. His suggestion was maybe Home Depot carries it. Really??? It's one of the higher quality product materials. When I showed him the item online...he said nothing. Moral of this story... Go to a suburb high end bath shop where you'll get more service, less attitude and better selection.

Poor customer service. Awful. My wife and I went to get a "quote". Worse treatment. The older lady that was helping us was absolutely awful. Treating us like kids and pushing us to purchase something. Stay away
