They love calling me and harassing me over a property I have never owned. It belongs to someone else in the family, please stop calling me. I have absolutely nothing to do with it. I'm constantly getting calls from multiple agencies and none of them ever listen. What's the point if I have zero say in said property? They see my number as a relative when they look up the owner on Google or whitepages. Just stop.

Dear SELLERS;Please read all one stars before working with Kiser Group. As you read all one stars you will see how badly they are doing business. If you see their past sales record on MLS you will find out that I would say all their listings were sold by themselves or their group members. Now their magic revealed. The whole game is to keep both sides, sellers and buyers commission. That’s very simple.Poor sellers think their property is on the market and why they don’t get any offers, they get offers, but they are not present it to them. By the time they found Buyer to that property themselves. We Submitted an offer, and they started the game. We asked Aaron to give us a counter offer, they did not. He told us that your offer is too low but the meantime when I checked their past sales even property were sold hundred thousand dollars less than asking price. (and the buyer and seller agent was him) I got very sad for the sellers who are loosing thousands of dollars because of them. Where is the humanity?!!!I met other agents with the same issue with this group.

Aaron Sklar was extremely honest, and professional, and he and his team were able to get me incredible value for my building. Will definitely work with the Birk Sklar team again!

I applied for an apartment on Zillow to see if the company might be interested in me as a potential tenant and to avoid wasting anyone's time. Aaron Sklar opened my application and then reached out to me to schedule a showing that he insisted be in-person.I am a young woman, so I was already uncomfortable with his persistence to see me in person. He arrived late and showed me a unit that was not the one I applied for online instead of telling me on the phone that the unit had already been rented out. Then the "tour" consisted of him telling me to look around and then following me and asking me questions. However, it was his ignorant remark about large dogs scratching up the floors and being loud as a reason for not allowing large dogs, but small ones are fine. I feel most dog owners know that it is typically the little dogs who feel the need to bark and assert their dominance, and it doesn't matter what size a dog is; poorly maintained nails can scratch up any floor as well as moving furniture. He then proceeded to tell me to send him my email and he would send me the correct application, which never happened (I already knew this before leaving the tour but wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that his insistence on meeting me in person wasn't just to see my race because he clearly couldn't figure that out during our phone call).I also noticed on my tour that all of the residents he had moving in were white. I also followed up with him to let him know that I didn't receive an application via email and had received no response. I'm not interested in renting from a racist. A word of advice: people of color should steer clear of Aaron Sklar and the Kiser Group.

I have worked with Kiser Group and Ron Plonis on a few deals in the South Suburbs. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. The deal we did has gone as expected with no hidden issues. I also appreciate that he continues to send deals my way that fit my criteria. I actively work with Ron and Kiser Group and am excited for the next deal we can do together.

I’ve been dealing with Noah Birk from Kiser group for a few years now. He is very dedicated and his knowledge of the south side of Chicago is unmatched. He consistently keeps me updated on progress and it his high level of dedication is very evident. Would (and have) recommend Noah Birk and the Kiser group to anyone looking for properties.

All of my dealings with Kiser Group have been professional and positive. I rely on them consistently as a resource for market intel and industry news. Lee is extremely in tune and so are all of the brokers and staff. I highly recommend!

If you want to buy a property through this brokerage group beware. They will tell you they submitted the offer and then say they havent heard from the buyer for days and days. Sellers beware they do not present offers or contact buyers.
I put in an offer 10k below asking on a Thursday was told it was submitted and then was told Aaron Sklar could not contact the seller. Said he would get back to me on Friday. Nothing then he said would get back to me on Monday. Monday he told me there were other offers and suggested i improve my offer. We discussed the terms and i told him to have owner submit them as a counter offer. It's Thursday night now never heard from him. I contacted Lee ,Kiser on Tuesdsy and he said someone else on that team would contact me. Nothing . Dont really know the game they are playing but beware. Aaron Sklar cant be trusted with your offer.
The response from them is a lie. I had funds for a 35% down payment but they never asked. Further more I never received any response from Lee Keiser, just a promise of a return phone call which I never got.

The Wolcott Group has worked with Kiser Group for years buying and selling multifamily buildings throughout Chicago. The brokers know their market areas and achieve competitive offers and final sale prices.
