Our experience with Ron was great! My husband and I had gone through this experience years before... and Ron was a breathe of fresh air! We didn't feel like he was just "doing a job". He got to know us a bit, explained the process as clearly as we needed him to, allowed us to ask questions (and re-ask questions as needed) without making us feel like we were a bother.
