Horrible experience with Allstate and Kevin. My credit card payment was declined due to a change of address. Instead of receiving any email in regards to my credit card information needing updated, I received an email saying my insurance was in the process of being cancelled due to a lack of payment. Horrible customer experience from Allstate!

In less than 24 hours, on a Friday afternoon, until 9pm, Kevin transferred my renters insurance to ensure I didn't lose the apartment on hold for 48 hours. He called be back right away, was informative and clearly explained all the steps. I even received a reduced rate. Exceptional over and above service.

They steal you in such a unique way, in car insurance they offer you a mileage program while they charge you double in one month they took double my payment of $ 150 two months they charged me more than $ 300 dollars and they never send you the devices that connect to the car to measure the miles they measure the miles to the pure fool, I called and said and they told me that the miles are measured through my phone LOL, then I say that I answered I drive a truck at my work then you are charging me that?? He didn't answer anything and they hung up Allstate is disgusting.
