Lived at one of their rental units for a year. Ted was very helpful and thorough. Any maintenance was completed in a timely manner and was on top of the properties upkeep. Thanks for having us and definitely would recommend!

I've lived in a Kamberos property for four years and have nothing but good things to say. Ted Kamberos is a great guy and an extremely responsive and professional landlord. I know that I can always get in touch with him or another member of the Kamberos team when needed, and any issues are resolved quickly. Great landlords are hard to come by in the city, but honestly make life so much easier. I really value all that they've done for me and highly recommend their properties!

I had to write a review about Kamberos because I just wrote a review about my current landlord, what a step down from Kamberos! Ted (the owner) is a true professional, he cares about his properties and the people living in them. Always available, courteous, and professional about fixing issues. Truth be told I didn't realize how good I had it until I experienced a bad landlord. I will be looking to rent Kamberos properties when my current lease is up.

I have had a couple experiences with this group. My first was an agent (Amy) setting me up with a rental unit. She made sure I was in the area I desired, that my landlord was respectable, and that I was not overpaying for the space. She was extremely knowledgeable on a topic I was very new to. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a home or renting.

Ted is a great landlord, always takes care of anything on quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is great and his office is nearby which is convenient for dropping off rent. This apartment and landlord is definitely the best I've ever had in the city of Chicago.
