Lived at one of their rental units for a year. Ted was very helpful and thorough. Any maintenance was completed in a timely manner and was on top of the properties upkeep. Thanks for having us and definitely would recommend!

Ted is a caring and attentive landlord with great properties. I'll continue to stay in touch because it's very hard to find this in Chicago, or anywhere!

Ted is a great landlord, always takes care of anything on quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is great and his office is nearby which is convenient for dropping off rent. This apartment and landlord is definitely the best I've ever had in the city of Chicago.
