Terrible! The owner refuses to negotiate the price claiming that this is the price he pays from the distributor. I've visited 5 other toy stores and each one allows negotiating. The walk-in space was cramped with toys and the wall for loose toys was blocked by this huge wall. The owner was rude and offered no help. Don't recommend.

Great little place tucked away in the north side. Figures ranging from McFarlane Metal Gear, to Godaikin, to Microman. If you have a hankering for vintage plastic, come here! Make sure you have enough though, your wallet will be screaming on the way out ?

After purchasing two toys from this store, I can say with confidence that this is one of the best toy stores I've ever been to. The two toys I bought were of ones I've been planning to get for some time and also hard to find, but luckily this store happened to have them both for a reasonable price and I'm really grateful for that. Not only was I able to find the items I was looking for, but they also provide very helpful and effective customer service. When I needed help or had questions about certain toys that were on display, I was given some very helpful answers with a generous attitude. My only legitimate criticism is the organization and crowdedness which makes it both hard to find certain toys as well as being able to navigate the store, especially if you're carrying other items with you. Despite these criticisms, I still recommend stopping by if you're an avid toy collector for the variety of selections and amazing and helpful customer service as well as the other stores and restaurants nearby!

Ka-Pow Collectables, I will admit, has an outstanding amount of product and a good variety of items. Unfortunately the store is extremely cramped making it difficult to navigate, my husband nor I were acknowledged while in the store, and though they have a personal policy of asking customers to use masks (per sign outside) it was not being enforced. We didn't end up spending too much time in this business because of those three things. I didn't feel that those things necessarily counted them out as having decent inventory, so I did make an effort to get a good look around while inside the shop. They do have a solid stock of collectable toys so if you don't necessarily care about space or having employees attention, this spot may be worth checking out.

Dropped in a couple weeks ago. Friendly and helpful guy up front. Got some great stuff. Would definitely recommend if you're a collector in town.

While the store is tough to navigate once inside there is a TON of collectibles! His hours might not work for everyone but it's worth adjusting your schedule to visit!! Tons of 80s-90s, DC, Marvel, Star Wars and loose figured too.

I was browsing for some DC figures and saw a vintage figure hanging by the wall, so high that I could not see the price. When I asked if I could see it, he said it's expensive because it's vintage. I just chuckled and told myself "money isn’t an issue, and I'm willing to pay the price", but I just kept silent and continued browsing. When I see something that catches my eye, I will buy it no matter what the price is. Yes, the store has great inventory of vintage toys, but the service wasn't really a good experience. Had the person treated me with a little bit of respect, then I could've bought it. I've been to other toy stores in the city and the burbs, and their service were amazing. I've never heard someone discourage or discriminate me from buying what I wanted. This would be my first and last visit at this shop.

My son's classmates were having a party at their backyard house and my son was invited. I asked my son what his favorite cartoon is, so I have an idea on what to buy. He told me that his classmate Jacob wants a Spiderman but he can request it from his mom because he has a lot of toys. What a nice boy. So after I bought groceries I went there since they sell Spiderman toys. They have a lot of different kinds of toys. Their inventory was full of toys. Luckily I found a toy easily. I went to the counter and paid for it. It was at a fair price.I'm sure Jacob will like it, no he loves it! Can't wait to see his reaction. Highly recommend this shop. You can get a great deal here!

My little brother is having a birthday party. I have no present yet since we are busy preparing for his birthday. Because everything is settled I came here yesterday. When I enter there are few people inside. There are a lot of toys to choose from. There are toys for boys and toys for girls. Since these few days he's a fan of a hero I planned to buy him a different kind of hero. It's good that they have it. I bought a spiderman, bat man, robots and many more. It is affordable compared to the toys in the mall. The toys that I bought were really good. Am sure that my brother will like it. He will be so happy with his new toys. Can't wait to see his reaction. For mom you can visit this place for your kids.

It's been a long time since I've seen my niece. Their home isa far from my house. So I went to them yesterday. Before I went to them I just wanted to buy cupcakes and toys for him. Since my sister told me that his favorite was robots, I decided to buy it. Then this place was recommended by my friends. She said that I can easily choose this store. They also have a cheaper price on their toys. When I enter there are no customers inside and I am the only one here including the staff. And one giant robot grabbed my attention. I ask the staff what its price is and it's so expensive since it's big. So I bought it and I'm sure my niece will be happy about this. He will love this. Staff gave me a discount and I'm glad about this.
