Overpriced!!! Buy online instead!!Update to reply to owners comment:I don’t need to own a business to know you’re ripping people off. Music Plaza and Choice Music both have physical retail spots as well as online sites and it’s for what items should be priced at. Taking advantage of kpop fans in the area is horrible. AGAIN DONT BUY HERE! BUY FROM OTHER PLACES!Don't get me wrong it's always great to see kpop stores in more cities, but it's not cool to see them take advantage of being the only one so they hike the prices up since there's no local completion. While their stock is very impressive, even with older groups that aren't around or old albums, it's very frustrating to see how bad the prices are. Some albums are double the retail price and lights sticks are almost triple.Do yourself a favor and order online from any of the many sites: music plaza, choice music, kpop USA, etc. the prices are in line with retail prices give or take and shipping isn't even that bad. It's not worth paying this much just to get it in in your hands immediately.Staff is very nice, but such a shame.

Has a lot of choices for your favorite artist. Also has clothes. Very nice and quite reasonable pricing.

The staff was kind and the selection is quite large, but there is a lot of stuff that seemed to be not genuine, and some things are overpriced by a huge margin.

I’m leaving this review just and only because of how rude they seem in the comments- i love petty but that is straight up disrespectful sometimes (and yes the competition did send me :)) .

Waayyy too overpriced. There was a digital album for 50$. They were selling fan made items for way too much. Owners were rude and judgy and overall the place is just sketch. I prefer kpop nara because they sell at retail.

We had gone in planning to purchase items. But the staff specifically targeted us to leave our bag on the floor. Our bag was small and pretty valuable and they asked to leave it in front of an open area for others to steal. Not only that the staff allowed at least 5 other customers whose bags were just as large in without a word.If you're going to ask for bags put it behind the counter with tags and not in an area where someone can steal it. I get you're doing to prevent theft but at what cost, our stuff getting stolen? There isnt even a basket to put the bags.Logjt sticks are also $120-160 dollars

This is the worst shop I have ever seen. Staff is really RUDE, they ask you to leave your staff on the entrance near the suspicious guys. They could yell on you if you want to take photo of something...Products are overpriced. I am really angry at this store and I hope this shop will be closed as soon as possible

honestly the only reason i got most of my albums from here was because i thought it was the only KPOP store. I used to love it but the prices are really ridiculous for just one album. The total will be up to 35+ tax for an album you can get at target for 17.99 . Please be reasonable with your prices.

literally the worst kpop store i’ve ever been too? they’re so rude for like no reason, they’re unorganized and it’s lowkey disgusting in there. The albums are WAY overpriced when they shouldn’t be that much. They have unofficial merchandise being sold for a very high amount, not only that but there are CRATES AND CRATES AND CRATES of old posters rolled up that no one wants to buy because you literally cannot touch them for the life of you. Also why cant u take pics?! that’s just so weird. don’t go to this store if you want to drop 250 on three albums. go to kpop nara where everyone is nice and it’s clean and really beautiful AND you can take photos. They’re also very reasonably priced.

We visited when my friends were in town to see enhypen. Im sure it’s cool for some people who maybe aren’t used to seeing these types of things but there is nothing here you can’t buy cheaper on AliExpress, Etsy, Amazon, or hell at this point even temu.I’d be curious to hear if the light sticks people bought there were real or counterfeit. I won’t say they were fake but I wouldn’t have purchased them. Nothing i saw was legit merch. It’s all fan made and at a higher price you can buy elsewhere…which is fair. You have to pay overhead because I’m sure it’s an expensive location to maintan. It’s a prime spot in Chinatown. But the keychains they’re selling for $5? You can buy for $1 elsewhere lmao. My group of 5 were all hardcore fans of many diverse groups and left with nothing .

The women working the store were unfriendly and unhelpful the day I stopped by. Tons of no picture signs inside, but they had tons of cards, posters, hoodies. Most of it seemed to be BTS items. The store front is dark and it's not obvious that it's open from across the street.
