The lady told took our information and said she would call us when it was ready for pick up. It’s been more than a week and we have not heard anything.

We have been calling the place, but no answer. The website says it’s open so we drive 45 minutes. For if just to be closed. I hate waisting my time and that is exactly what happened because of their unprofessionalism. Very inconvenient. First and last time doing business with them.
