Larry Jones was great. He took his time and explained everything throughly to me. He's very knowledgeable when it come to taxes, and the changes within the law. I will highly recommend him to any of my family and friends.

After 3-4 months of communicating on key 2012 taxes, he repeatedly did not attend conference calls he initiated nor returned critical phone calls in my effort to kick start submission of my 2012 taxes. I was forced to file for an extension even though he did not outline a plan to submit the tax information within the given timeframe allowed by the IRS. Multiple attempts on my side to close the disconnect were met with high friction by his business. Ultimately, I had to scramble and find another CPA otherwise I would have dangerously come close to not filing my taxes on time

I would warn everyone NOT to go to Jones Financial Services. I went to Mr. Jones messed up my VERY basic tax return. My taxes were so basic I should have done them myself, trust me I would have been better off. Two years later the IRS informed me that my taxes were completely misfiled. I had to call Mr. Jones 8 times before he bothered to take my call. He looked at my return and said it was an honest clerical mistake and that he would pay the penalties (which I later found out is standard practice for accounts) BUT Mr Jones NEVER sent me the check. I called him over 25 times and sent several emails but being the coward & lier that he is he never paid me back for his mistakes. He is awful accountant. He is not to be trusted. I am still shocked and hurt by this persons lack of consideration for his clients and the pitiful service I received. I use to go to H&R Block but a friend suggested I try Mr. Jones. HOW I wish I did not go to him. I now know my friend that referred me also had issues with their taxes and with him as well. This man needs to be out of business, he is awful!!!!
