had very good experience buying some flowers for my friend. The owner is very nice, though I arrived when it's almost the time to close, she helped me with enthusiasm. And the flowers are good, too!

The owner is absolutely amazing as are her floral arrangements. Her arrangements last long time because she constantly goes to the market apparently and uses very fresh flowers. Worth every penny.

Requested this bouquet and asked for it to be completed within 2 hours. Even though they had a funeral to plan for during this time she was kind enough to turn this around quickly and it is exactly as what I expected when I found it online. This picture was provided back from the recipient who was completely pleased to receive it. I would highly recommend them based on this first purchase. I plan to repeat my business there. Thank you.

Thinking I would give a local company my business, I ordered $130 bouquet for Valentine's Day, on the left. Unfortunately what I received was, at best, a $10 bouquet I could have picked up from Mariano's. To say I'm disappointed is an under statement. I guess the moral of the story is you don't get a better product from THIS local florist. :(

Wonderful! I called last minute for 2 arrangements the same day and the woman who answered the phone was able to have 2 arrangements ready for me within the hour! So lovely and helpful! 10/10 would order again!

Ordered a last minute bouquet at 12pm to be ready same day. They close at 4:30, but I couldn't get there before closing. Maria was so accommodating, she waited for me and gave me 15min extra and brought the flowers out to the car. That is AMAZING customer service. The roses were full, high quality, vibrant, and gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

I wanted to send flowers to a friend staying at a local Chicago hotel. There was a misunderstanding about my order. When I called back to straighten it out Maria was unbelievably wonderful. She insisted on redoing the order and delivering it herself to the hotel without charging a delivery fee.Good customer service these days is hard to come by, but Maria insisted on making me happy about my floral order. I will definitely use Jolie Fleur again, and I appreciate their professionalism.

Wowza! I'm in town for a conference and when I checked in this stunning bouquet was waiting for me. The blossoms were still closed a bit at the beginning and continue to open during the week. I'll leave this arrangement for housekeeping after my week here is over as they won't pass TSA checkin. I am certain that they will still have life in them. What a beautiful and scent full way to illuminate my hotel room. Would I recommend ordering from here again? Absolutely!!! PS: the hubs mentioned that online ordering was easy peasy.

Waited on flowers from another place for four days. Jolie came thru exactly when they said and contacted me to let me know they were delivered! Great florist in my opinion. Will use them again and again.

My friend sent me flowers from Jolie Fleur and she thought she is sending me a full size bouquet but I only received six roses, two strings of purple flowers and some chrysanthemums without a glass bubble bowl. Check the number of flowers before you order.
