It's not their fault that I'm disabled, but they should train their employees. RONALDO MACIAS sees that I can't carry and he's not even helping me open the door, especially on a rainy day. The worst thing is that he starts eating popcorn and sees me struggling to carry my things. That's being rude.

EVERY TIME we go to make a purchase and specify what we need the employees always give us the wrong items or don't give us everything we paid for. This slows us down as we have to go back or wait for a refund. Aside from this, the employees have such bad customer service as they claim it's our fault for not checking. (Apparently we must check they do their job correctly.) Today we got a defective item and a refund apparently can't be guaranteed.Location: 1200 W. Cermak Rd. Chicago, IL. 60608
