David and Johnny are amazing! They really treat you like family. I brought my Tesla in because someone rear ended me and got it back good as new. They even gave it a car wash inside out. Exceeded my expectation. They really care for their customers. So glad I found this place. Highly recommend!!

My experience with John's Auto has been nothing short of amazing!! My car was ready sooner than expected and John worked with my insurance and did a phenomenal job, in fact he went above and beyond!!! Even cleaned the inside of my car. John and Johnny provided me with amazing service during my visit. I came to see them after my car had been in a hit and run accident with extensive damage. While other companies tried to overcharge and lie to me about the state of my car, John was extremely honest from the start. He pointed out exactly what issues needed to be resolved, and what didn’t. My car had some front end damage with a loose bumper and broken grill. Plus some assorted scratched and dings. I thought I would need to have a replacement of the parts, and I would be without the car for a week with a bill for a thousands of dollars or more. John and his crew were able to solder and use adhesives to get everything appearing ship shape at a very reasonable price. Car looks great. His shop works well for job covered by insurance and self pay, and also he offers loaners.

They’re always willing to fit me in whether it’s an oil change, an unexpected issue with my brakes or vandalism. The latter was recent and they worked well with my insurance. I can trust that they will do the repairs well, walk me through it and keep me updated if anything changes from the initial diagnostic.
