When speaking with the agent here; he was very unpleasant. While I'm trying to verify coverage for a mutual client as we're issuing the client a loaner vehicle, the agent was very defensive while speaking with me on the phone then. After he gives me the coverage, he then proceeds to hang up on me. This was very professional. I didn't do anything to entice such behavior. He needs to check his customer service skills before interacting with the general public.
