Store needs to remove all logos and trademarks if they are no longer a Joann’s and liquidation store that sells fabric.

This place is like a sad sick dying animal that needs to be put out of its misery. It’s constantly out of stock on a lot of things, either because people steal them or the manager never orders anything. I didn’t even know they were the manager at first because they were dressed in rags without a uniform. The employees regularly do not know how to answer any question about any product, and are apathetic, lethargic, and don’t care. It’s always a miserable experience coming to this store. If you can, shop somewhere else or order online, and stay away from this dump.

The staff are absolute sweethearts, but the store itself is slim pickings. Somehow they’re missing every notion and thread in the world while having random shit like plants and home goods. Very unfortunate tbh

Truckloads of yarn/inventory sit around this place for weeks on the sales floor. Unable to be shopped & the only employees hanging around are pretending to be busy moving candles around.
Awful... I don’t understand how or why this place even opens up anymore. Avoid at all costs. Waste of time!

The store appears to be going out of business. Several aisles were almost empty. I overheard another customer asking for a product and she was told that "they haven't had it in stock for several months." When we went to check out there wasn't anyone at the register, and when someone arrived I started to ask about an online coupon. She cut me off and demanded we put the items on the counter. She then wanted a phone number, which I started to give her - but was told she didn't need it once it was determined not to be a U.S. number. This lady was extremely rude, I can't imagine that there are many repeat customers. I won't make the same mistake again, any other craft store has to be a better option.

They have zombie workers here that do not stock the store & are rude when you ask them for help. They also take products home to use them, then take them back to the store. I was sold a used swing machine! I went back to return or exchange & the manager got loud just to tell me that was not an option. They do not abide by their return policy. Do not purchase anything from this store.

insanely incompetent and rude. The person at the desk was so slow and vapid, it took them 15 minutes to look up two things for me. I asked if they had a ruffled ribbon and they looked under the desk, then turned to me and said no. Mind you, the ribbon aisle has boxes above what’s in the floor, and you’re supposed to ask an associate. This person didn’t even look in those boxes. I look in the website and it says that there’s literally 3 in stock. Then I asked about another product and they literally told me: “it says we have it but I can’t find it so…” and that was it. I went to the cashier, there’s no one there. I wait five minutes, still nothing. I leave to find something and come back, and there’s finally someone there. I ask the girl at the desk for help finding the ribbon, I showed her the website saying that there was 3 in stock, and she snaps at me “if she says there’s none there’s none.” she threw my stuff into a bag and then yelled next. Legitimately the worst service i’ve ever had. A ten minute trip took an hour

They really just made up policy out of thin air. I would shop here because if something is wrong with the product you brought you can’t bring it back. Trust I can find corporate information without them.

I’ve been coming to this store quite frequently since I started a craft business. On the last three visits I notice that there is nobody at the counter when it’s time to check out! Usually I would stand there, last two times it’s was almost ten minutes. When they finally comes it’s no apology or greeting! I’m thinking maybe they are short staff and have to assist in other areas of the store. But my last visit Tailyiah was very rude! After standing there for quite some time I had to shout hi I’m ready to check out! She comes from the back of the store with an attitude, didn’t speak once! She had a huge phone in her hand could’ve been a tablet but she never look up from the device she continue to use the device during the transaction and after as she walked back! This service was very disappointing! Although this store is very convenient I would drive further for better customer service!
