Went here for an oil change and a cabin air filter change. The guys broke the casing for my cabin air filter and didn't tell me. I found out when I found the pieces sitting in my passenger side floor hidden under my jacket Edited the review to be 2 stars rather than three, the business owner told me to message them. It's been nearly a week and they've not responded. Pretty sure they just wanted to appear like they cared about the situation so other customers see this and think it got resolved, it didn't. Do not visit this business if you value your money and property

I went to Jiffy Lube/ #3017 on 11/1/23 for an oil change. Jiffy Lube completed the oil change. When I left, I noticed the oil light was still on so I figured since I had already left, I would come back another time to have it reset . A month later, I happened to be near a different Jiffy Lube/ #2565 that I had frequented before and asked them to check the oil light. I waited 40 minutes before it was my turn in line. Upon reviewing my auto, they indicated that there was an oil leak. They topped off my oil and told me that I should have a mechanic check for the oil leak problem. The next day I took the auto to my mechanic who discovered that Jiffy Lube/ #3017 had installed an incorrect size oil filter and gasket which caused the oil to leak. Luckily, there was no further damage to the engine due to Jiffy Lube's negligence. I'm surprised that the supervisor allowed such an oversite to occur. I'm assuming that there is some type of work evaluation before the auto is cleared to go. Of course, I had to leave my auto at the mechanic (other cars were being worked on) due to my having to go to work and wait for my mechanic to assess the oil leak problem. The headache and inconvenience of not having my auto, paying my mechanic to redo the oil change at a cost of $104, and incurring Uber fees can be easily avoided if what I had originally paid ($75.99 - $10 coupon) = $70.39 tax included) had been done properly by all involved. Jiffy Lube has some explaining to do and needs to compensate me for all of the above expenses!

I don't like writing bad reviews. I have gone to this jiffy lube at least 10 times. I have a job that requires confidentiality, I don't know when I will get a call. I always let them drive the car into the bay and then I get back in the car. I know how to reset my oil to 100%. I don't need it vacuumed. I just need an oil change. I explained that today and was told I have to go to the lobby. I was told the policy changed. I explained that I have always sat in my car at this jiffy lube. I was told this wasn't true. I was told this is "my time not your time." Great. I'm in philosophical battle at a jiffy lube. It threw me off tbh. I'm now arguing about time? I want to sit in my car. I have always sat in my car at this jiffy lube. Eventually- I was told I could go to the lobby or leave. I explained to the employee that I could have a disability and need to stay in my car. Asking me to prove a disability is discrimination. Technically it is, but I have no interest in accusing the employee. He said "you would be lying." He had decided. I talked to the manager who said they (JL) have to drive the car in the bay and I can sit in the passenger seat. I said I can reset all the maintenance. I don't need my car cleaned. I just want to get in my car and be able to do my job. She said ok, but at this point I didn't want to drive it in because I don't want my car messed with. I have been labeled a problem. A problem that always tips the guys $10. Not a lot, but I am guessing about 10% of customers tip. And I still need an oil change. Now I need a new place for a simple oil change. This is annoying. BTW, a patient called me 5 minutes after I left. And I am still giving two stars. They do a nice job, that is why I went back. Full disclosure. I have a diagnosis of PTSD. I have panic attacks. I am an extrovert. I also like being alone when I feel triggered. I'm proud of myself because usually I would have exploded and verbally attacked and tried to tear down the employee that was being a douche. I won't say his name. I hate this. If you're reading I'm not a whining, vocal fried entitled dummy. I asked to sit in my car. I was told you can't. I said I have every other time I have been here. I was told that's not true. Who would lie about this? And my dumb ass is still thinking about it today. Ugh

Got an oil change there. Quick and friendly. As soon as I left I noticed my car was louder than usual. The engine was making a growling noise when accelerating. Otherwise running okay. Past experience, I know sometimes the person who checked the filter didn't reseat it correctly. Not a big deal, just need them to check. They did. I asked about how the intake assembly was wiggling when they checked. Guy tells me it's missing the clips to hold it in place. All I asked was if that was something they had possibly removed and forgot to replace. He calls over the floor manager who basically says "we don't have any to give you." So I simply tried again to inquire if that's even something they typically remove during an oil change. If not, no big deal. If it is, obviously I want them replaced. I don't get a straight answer because he has to interject that they checked it and nothing is wrong. Except...something was wrong. Maybe when they moved it around and reclipped it, it was fixed. The noise seems to be gone. But floor guy...don't get short with someone who is telling you your guys did something wrong. Don't walk away and wave me off telling me to "talk to him." Be a little more polite after I patiently waited 15 minutes for you to check something your guys screwed up. It's called customer service.

Polite, attentive to customers, fast and thorough auto services, willingness to assist with questions about car and its gadgetry. Other customers were treated as efficiently and as courteously as I was, so I know this level of customer service is the rule not the exception.I will have all of my oil changes done at this location.

My husband and I have been going to Jiffy Lube for over 25 years. They take very good care of our cars. I especially like the one on Western Avenue near Ogden on the Near Westside of Chicago. We went there last week. Glen found an oil leak and suggested that we go to David's Auto to take care of business. We did! We'll be returning to Glen for our oil changes and to give him and the rest of the employees a gift ? for always taking the best care of our cars. Exceptional service. Great spirits, kind, and always so professional! The managers and employees who are taking care of this Jiffy Lube are doing it right! ?

I was hesitant to go because I'm a female, but they took great care of me. They answered all of my questions. They told me exactly what my car needed up. Other places like Walmart lied about things That wasn't wrong with my car It was all around just a great experience quick and fast thank you

Agusto and his team are awesome! and very professional! they went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle inspection and were working hard to get all the vehicles through non stop as quickly but efficiently as possible. they were very busy and still managed to get me in and out! i felt like other ones i been to have less cars and take so long. definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for auto service! oh and can i mention how clean it was! freshly mopped and smelling good! you guys have an awesome team!

Louis the cashier was extremely rude with me even after I asked him not to be rude he did it again. I bought an alternator through a mechanic here named Fernando and had it installed he was very professional and knowledgeable with the Jiffy Lube process. Back to Louis. After my service was completed by Fernando now I had to pay going through Louis but for some reason the little box didn't accept payment from my card so he says "HURRY UP MAN I HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO TALK TO " I asked him are you talking to me if so don't speak to me that way and then he says "NAH MAN C'MON I HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO TALK TO" Now I present my card again and it accepts it.He mutters something under his breath that I didn't understand so I let it go.Louis needs to be replaced or retrained because how many other customers does he treat this poorly. He a very poor reflection of this company!!!!!And my bill was $543.74 for an alternator and 1hour labor. Next time maybe I give my $543 to a company that won't disrespect me as it takes my money!!!Service: Electrical

The staff wasn't friendly. Also, I overheard a technical telling the cashier that my oil tank was dirty and needed flushing, but he didn't share that with me(would have been helpful). When they were done, I asked him about it, he said it does, guess I will get it done elsewhere.Service: Oil change

I used to go here back in the day and they were doing too much up selling and under the table business so I stopped… fast forward to now, I needed an oil change and was nearby. Ever since I came back it’s been so pleasant plus after they’re done my car feels different like it runs better. So good job with that upgrade.
