Everyone (vet techs, front desk, veterinarian) at Lincoln Square Vet Hospital is caring, kind, and compassionate. Anytime I have a question about my pup, they are quick to respond and support us. I'm so grateful to have found a clinic so close by and so wonderful.

Lincoln Square Animal Hospital is fantastic! We have been bringing our pets here since 2010 and have always received incredible care and support. The team is compassionate and provides great guidance and support. Everyone there clearly has great expertise as well as a love and passion for animals. Definitely recommend them!

I always have a pleasant experience here. The staff is very friendly and explains everything to me. I’m blind so they take care of my guide dog and give her excellent care. Even though she whines about it every time we go. The only downside was when my dog’s primary vet had left. We loved her so much. But of course our current vet is great and provides excellent care for my guide dog. I’ve been going to them for over 6 years. I highly recommend taking your fur babies and service animals here!

The medical treatment is fine BUT be aware that they are now charging a 3% fee for using a credit card for payment which they've never done before. They have been instructed to say "it's not us, it's the credit card companies". That is a lie. That is THEIR cost of doing business with the credit card companies and always has been. They're simply passing that cost onto their customers. The next response is "other businesses are doing it." My response is "I won't do business with any of those companies." So, if you don't want to cover their business costs, bring a check. And they'll have to wait for it to clear to receive payment. Outrageous and foolish business practice.

The most caring staff, and I never feel like I’m being ripped off or sold tests my pet doesn’t truly need.

What a great experience from start to finish. I found my dog’s eyes in terrible shape this morning (she has a history of dry eye). Having just visited a different vet on Friday we were very shocked to wake up to this and were very worried for our little girl. We were seen by Dr. Wlazlo along with her witty and attentive technician (I don’t remember her name, sorry!).
Dr. Wlazlo not only put our minds at ease, she went above and beyond to listen to the entirety of my concerns with patience and compassion. I truly felt heard and that my pet was getting the highest care around. Best of all, I’ve never seen my dog sleep so comfortably. Thank you Dr. Wlazlo, her technician, and front desk associates for making our first visit welcoming and thoroughly enjoyable.

This place is full of super heroes. Chicago’s lucky to have a place like this open 24/7.

We have a cute little Italian greyhound who loves anyone and everyone and she felt the most at home here than she ever has! We loved our experience and so did she and she had many shots and was very well taken care of during her “traumatizing” injections lol!

My shiba and I love LSAH! Well, I do. She gets very nervous at the vet but Dr. Wlazlo has been working with her to find a medication regimen that will help quell her anxiety when coming to the vet. I think the pricing is fair and the staff is extremely prompt with phone calls and prescription requests. The office has been recently renovated and is very welcoming. All care is gone over during the visit and any new mediations are explained in detail. Hailey and Gene are two of the best vet techs I've ever met and are so understanding and loving to my pup. Thank you for taking such good care of my best friend.

I have been to this vet a few times, my cat was always more hissy here than at other places but I didn't think much of it. At my most recent visit they examined her in a separate room from me, due to construction. This felt odd but I accepted it. After receiving the exam notes I found out that they muzzled her. If this was truly necessary I wouldn't have been against it but I just found it very weird that they did this away from me and without telling me.
In the future I will probably take her to other vets where she has remained calmer. If you have a cat that tends to be scared I would avoid.

We were assured we could bring our new cats in if any issues occurred with a flea treatment. Instead when one had a reaction to the medication we were TURNED AWAY when we called and told they could not see our cat (in spite of being open, and having told us they could and would help with any issues), who has been a patient at LSAH since we adopted her. It's extremely upsetting to have been told to just call poison control and provided a non-working number, no less. This is not the standard of care we expected from LSAH.

My cat was not feeling well and they were able to squeeze him in during a day when they no appointments. They were very thorough, and kept me updated through the whole process. He ended up having to go a second day for treatment, and they were so kind the whole time. I have been here many times over the eight years I have lived here, and they have always been this way. They truly care about your pet, and even do a call the next day to check in on them. I would recommend this vet to anyone who has a pet, they truly are wonderful.

The best vet experience I have ever had! The staff is always so friendly. They all seem to truly care about the pets that come in. So many treats are offered. Some exam rooms even have couches to try and sit on with a pup to make them feel more at ease. AND sparkling water in the lobby!!!
